As previously disclosed, on August 8, 2024, upon the Board of Directors of Apogee Enterprises, Inc.’s (the “Company”) appointment of Raelyn A. Trende as his successor, Curtis J. Dobler resigned as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.
