On April 21, 2022, the Company released a press release announcing it’s estimated net assets in liquidation for the fiscal quarter ended March 9, 2022. A copy of that release is attached as Exhibit 99.1. The information and exhibit furnished under Item 2.02 of this Current Report on Form 8-K shall not be deemed to be “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section.
