Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

STEN Corporation (the “Company”) announced that effective March 11, 2009, Kenneth W. Brimmer resigned as Chairman of Board of Directors of the Company and as member of the Board of Directors of the Company and Gervaise Wilhelm resigned as a member of the Board of Directors.

Current board member Allan Anderson has been elected a non-executive Chairman of Board of Directors and Robert S. Kuschke continues as a Director.
