On August 23, 2013, Capitol Bancorp Ltd. ("Capitol") accepted the resignation of David O'Leary, who has resigned from service as the Secretary and a member of the board of directors. Mr. O'Leary was a founding member of the board of directors in 1988 and has served as a director of Capitol and/or its first bank affiliate since 1982.
