	The name of the issuer is 26 Capital Acquisition Corp. (the "Issuer").

Item 1(b).	ADDRESS OF ISSUER'S PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICES:

	The Issuer's principal executive offices are located at OfficeEdge Miami, 701 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1550, Miami, Florida 33131.

Item 2(a).	NAME OF PERSON FILING:

	(i) Owl Creek Asset Management, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership and the investment manager of Owl Creek Credit Opportunities Master Fund, Ltd. (the "Owl Creek Fund"), with respect to the shares of Class A Common Stock that were owned by the Owl Creek Fund; and (ii) Jeffrey A. Altman ("Mr. Altman"), as managing member of the general partner of Owl Creek Asset Management, L.P., with respect to the shares of Class A Common Stock that were owned by the Owl Creek Fund. The foregoing persons are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the "Reporting Persons."
