Item 1(a).	NAME OF ISSUER:

	The name of the issuer is Parabellum Acquisition Corp. (the “Issuer”).

Item 1(b).	ADDRESS OF ISSUER’S PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICES:

	The Issuer’s principal executive offices are located at 3811 Turtle Creek Blvd., Suite 2125 Dallas, TX 75219.
Item 2(a).	NAME OF PERSON FILING:

	(i) Owl Creek Asset Management, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership and the investment manager of Owl Creek Credit Opportunities Master Fund, Ltd. (the “Owl Creek Fund”), with respect to the shares of Class A Common Stock that were owned by the Owl Creek Fund; and

	(ii) Jeffrey A. Altman (“Mr. Altman”), as managing member of the general partner of Owl Creek Asset Management, L.P., with respect to the shares of Class A Common Stock that were owned by the Owl Creek Fund.

	The foregoing persons are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the “Reporting Persons.”
