On November 16, 2010, the Company issued a press release regarding the receipt of a notice of intended exercise of 1,500 Call Options representing the right to call $1,500,000 aggregate principal amount of the 5.65% Debentures of Cummins Engine Company held by the Trust on December 14, 2010, a copy of which press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
