OnSection ~~March 13, 2015 The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for the PPLUS Trust Series GSG-~~2 Trust (the “Trust”), issued two press releases regarding the receipt of a notice of intended exercise on April 13, 2015 (the “Exercise Date”), of the outstanding Warrants representing the right to acquire (a) 2,920,000 of the Class A Trust Certificates at an exercise price equal to $25 for each security being exercised plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, but excluding the Exercise Date and (b) 2,920,000 of the Class B Trust Certificates at an exercise price equal to the sum of the present values, discounted at a rate of 6.~~125% per annum, of the unpaid distributions due, or to become due, in respect~~ of Financial ~~the distributions to be made to the Class B Certificateholders by the Trust on or after the Exercise Date. Distribution to holders of the PPLUS Trust Certificates Series GSG-2 on April 13, 2015. On April 13, 2015, The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for the PPLUS Trust Series GSG-2 Trust (the “Trust”), settled the exercise of the outstanding Warrants (the “Warrant Exercise”) representing the right to acquire all outstanding the Class A Trust Certificates and all outstanding Class B Trust Certificates and distributed the applicable exercise price to the holders of those Trust Certificates.

On April 2, 2015 The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for the Trust, received a notice from the warrantholders of intended Exchange and Termination on April 13, 2015 of the outstanding PreferredPLUS Trust Certificates Series GSC-2 Trust Class A certificates and Class B certificates. On April 13, after giving effect to the Warrant Exercise, the Class A certificates and B certificates have been exchanged for the underlying securities and have been canceled by the Trustee.

Final distributions are set forth on Exhibit 99.1.
