Greater Community Bancorp (GFLS) Announces $0.145 Cash Dividend and 2.5% Stock Dividend

TOTOWA, NJ, June 19, 2007 – At its regular meeting held on June 19, 2007, the Board of Directors of Greater Community Bancorp (Nasdaq: GFLS) (the ”Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.145 per share on the Company’s common stock, payable July 31, 2007 to shareholders of record on July 13, 2007. The quarterly cash dividend reflects an increase of $0.005 per share compared with the dividend declared in the first quarter of 2007. The Board also declared a 2.5% common stock dividend, payable September 28, 2007 to shareholders of record on September 14, 2007.
