Name of Person Filing: This statement is being filed by (i) Maltese Capital Management LLC, a New York limited liability company (“MCM”), and (ii) Terry Maltese, Managing Member of MCM, with respect to shares of Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share (“Common Stock”) that each of the foregoing may be deemed to have a beneficial ownership. The foregoing persons are hereinafter sometimes referred to collectively as the “Reporting Persons”.

(a) and (b) Based upon an aggregate of 12,033,611 shares of Common Stock outstanding as determined by the Issuer’s most recently available 10Q filing, as of the close of business on November 2, 2018:

	(i)	MCM owned directly no shares of Common Stock and may be deemed to beneficially own no shares of Common Stock, constituting 0% of the shares outstanding.

	(ii)	Mr. Maltese directly owned 7,818 shares of Common Stock and may be deemed to beneficially own no more shares of Common Stock, constituting, in the aggregate, beneficial ownership of 7,818 shares of Common Stock and approximately 0.06% of the shares outstanding.
