The following constitutes Amendment No. 9 to the Schedule 13D filed by the undersigned (“Amendment No. 9”). This Amendment No. 9 amends the Schedule 13D as specifically set forth herein.

Item 4.

Purpose of Transaction.

Item 4 is hereby amended to add the following:

On April 24, 2018, the Issuer was acquired by Ormat Nevada Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Ormat"), pursuant to the previously-announced Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated January 24, 2018 (the "Merger Agreement"), by and among the Issuer, Ormat, and OGP Holding Corp., a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ormat ("Merger Sub"). Under the Merger Agreement, Merger Sub merged with and into the Issuer, with the Issuer continuing as the surviving corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ormat (the "Merger"). As a result of the Merger, each Share of the Issuer issued and outstanding immediately prior to the effective time of the Merger was automatically converted into the right to receive $5.45 per Share in cash, without interest, and subject to applicable withholding taxes.

Item 5.

Interest in Securities of the Issuer.

Item 5 is hereby amended and restated to read as follows:

(a)-(b) Effective as of April 24, 2018, as a result of the Merger, each Share owned by the Reporting Persons was converted into $5.45 in cash pursuant to the Merger Agreement Accordingly, the Reporting Persons no longer beneficially own any securities of the Issuer.

(c) Except for in connection with the Merger, there have been no transactions in securities of the Issuer by the Reporting Persons during the past 60 days.

(d) Not applicable.

(e) As of the close of business on April 24, 2018, the Reporting Persons ceased to be the beneficial owners of more than 5% of the Shares of the Issuer.
