As of January 25, 2024, Gabriel 613 directly beneficially owns 31,093,906 shares of Common Stock. Mr. Berger, as the sole Trustee of Gabriel 613, may be deemed to beneficially own the 31,093,906 shares of Common Stock directly held by Gabriel 613. Mr. Berger has sole voting and dispositive power over the shares of Common Stock held by Gabriel 613.

The aggregate percentage of Common Stock reported owned by the Reporting Persons named herein is based upon 215,039,868 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of October 31, 2023, which is the total number of shares of Common Stock outstanding as reported in the Issuer’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 8, 2023.

As of January 25, 2024, Gabriel 613 may be deemed to own approximately 14.5% of the outstanding shares of Common Stock.
