On December 18, 2009, the O.A.K. Financial Corporation Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share. The dividend is payable January 29, 2010, to shareholders of record on January 8, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
