The amount of securities beneficially owned includes the restricted common stock awarded under Provident's Management Recognition Plan. The award vests ratably over a five-year period. Mr. Schrader is also a Trustee of the Plan. All such securities have vested.

Mr. Schrader was granted 92,250 options to acquire 92,250 shares of common stock under Provident's 1996 Stock Option Plan. The grant vests ratably over a five-year period and carries an exercise price of $10.17 per share. All such options have been exercised.
