Other Events.

On October 16, 2018, the Board of Directors of Poage Bankshares, Inc. (the "Company") declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share payable on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about November 9, 2018 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 2, 2018.
