On July 10, 2025, Security Midwest Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation, completed its community offering in connection with the proposed mutual-to-stock conversion of Security Bank, s.b. Completion of the mutual-to-stock conversion remains subject to receipt of all final regulatory approvals.
