Other Events

On May 30, 2008, the stockholders of Patch International Inc. adopted a resolution to change its jurisdiction of incorporation from Nevada to Alberta, Canada at a special meeting called for the purpose of considering the matter. Patch must file documents with the state of Nevada and the province of Alberta and await approval before the action will become effective.
