Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 13, 2013, GXS Worldwide, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release in which the Company released financial information with respect to its second quarter ended June 30, 2013. In addition, the Company announced that it will host a conference call to discuss the Company’s second quarter financial results with the investment community. The call will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

A copy of the press release dated August 13, 2013 is included herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
