SCHEDULE 13G/A

This Amendment No. 2 (this “Amendment”) to the Schedule 13G is being filed on behalf of Fir Tree SPAC Holdings 2, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“SPAC Holdings 2”), Fir Tree Value Master Fund, L.P., a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership (“Value Fund”), and Fir Tree, Inc., a New York corporation (“Fir Tree,” and collectively with SPAC Holdings 2 and Value Fund, the “Reporting Persons”), relating to Common Stock, $0.0001 par value (the “Common Stock”), of Stone Tan China Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Issuer”), owned by SPAC Holdings 2 and Value Fund. Fir Tree is the investment manager of SPAC Holdings 2 and Value Fund.

This Amendment is being filed to report that the Reporting Persons no longer beneficially own the Issuer’s Common Stock.
