INTRODUCTORY NOTE

On January 21, 2005, DaimlerChrysler Master Owner Trust (the “Trust”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Current Report”) relating to the distributions made on the January 18, 2005 Payment Date to the holders of the Auto Dealers Loan Asset Backed Notes issued by the Trust. This amendment hereby amends and restates the Current Report, including Exhibit 99 originally attached thereto, in its entirety as follows:
