As previously reported in the Form 8-K filing of American Skiing Company (the “Company”) dated July 16, 2007, the Company has entered into agreements to sell The Canyons resort to Talisker Canyons Finance Co LLC and Talisker Corporation. A copy of the definitive agreement for such transaction is filed in conjunction with this report.
