Item 2.02.		Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 30, 2008, IONA Technologies PLC (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2008. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
