The shareholders of Oilsands Quest Inc. (the “Company”) voted on the five proposals listed below at the Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on April 24, 2012 (the “Annual Meeting”). The final voting results for each proposal are set forth below. The proposals are described in detail in the Company’s definitive Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 21, 2012. A copy of the press release announcing the results of the Annual Meeting is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
