Governors Lane LP serves as discretionary investment manager to Governors Lane Master Fund LP. Governors Lane Fund General Partner LLC is the general partner of Governors Lane Master Fund LP. Mr. Corre is the chief executive officer of Governors Lane LP and the managing member of Governors Lane Fund General Partner LLC.
