(b) New independent accountants

On February 22, 2005, the Audit Committee of our Board of Directors engaged Peterson and Co., LLP ("PCO") as our new independent certified public accountants.

Prior to February 22, 2005, there were no consultations between Entrada and PCO regarding the application of accounting principles to a specific completed or contemplated transaction, or the type of audit opinion that might be rendered on Entrada’s financial statements.
