Each of LMR Multi-Strategy Master Fund Limited (“LMR Master Fund”) and LMR CCSA Master Fund Ltd (“LMR CCSA Master Fund”) directly holds warrants to purchase 58,249 shares of Common Stock (“Warrants”).
