According to Niku Corporation’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended October 31, 2002, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 13, 2002, there were 8,762,492 shares of its Common Stock outstanding as of November 30, 2002 (after giving effect to Niku Corporation’s 1-for-10 reverse stock split, effected on November 21, 2002).
