The following constitutes Amendment No. 7 to the Schedule 13D filed by the undersigned (“Amendment No. 7”). This Amendment No. 7 amends the Schedule 13D as specifically set forth herein.

Item 3.

Source and Amount of Funds or Other Consideration.

Item 3 is hereby amended and restated to read as follows:

As of the date hereof, the Reporting Persons no longer beneficially own any securities of the Issuer.

ITEM 5.

Interest in Securities of the Issuer.

Item 5is hereby amended and restated to read as follows:

Effective April 24, 2015, Project Homestake Merger Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Merger Sub”) and a wholly owned subsidiary of Riverbed Holdings, Inc. (formerly Project Homestake Holdings, LLC), a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), completed its merger (the “Merger”) with and into the Issuer pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of December 14, 2014 (as amended, the “Merger Agreement”), by and among Parent, Merger Sub and the Issuer . The Issuer was the surviving corporation in the Merger and, as a result, is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent. As a result, the Shares beneficially owned by the Reporting Persons were cancelled and extinguished and converted into the right to receive cash in an amount equal to $21.00, without interest thereon. Accordingly, the Reporting Persons no longer beneficially own any securities of the Issuer.
