On May 16, 2008, China Yingxia International, Inc. (the “Company”) hosted a conference call during which the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 and its expectation of profitability for 2008 were discussed. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
