Item 8.01 Other Events

On September 3, 2010, Paul Cheng was terminated as Chief Accounting Officer of Cardima, Inc. (the “Company”). The termination was part of a reduction in the workforce of the Company by 46 employees representing a 75% reduction in its workforce.
