On September 29, 2014, Edward J. Rielly voluntarily resigned from Conolog Corporation’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. There were no disagreements between Mr. Rielly and Conolog Corporation or any officer or director of the Company which led to Mr. Rielly’s resignation.
