(the “Company”) is hereby furnishing in Exhibit 99.1 certain information relating to the Company, which will be disclosed in connection with financing activities related to the previously disclosed proposed acquisition of the Company’s parent company, NPC Acquisition Holdings, LLC, by a company formed by Olympus Growth Fund V, L.P.
