Explanatory Note

This current report on Form 8-K/A is being filed to amend and restate the current report on Form 8-K filed by EnerLume Energy Management Corp. on October 15, 2009 to correct the spelling of Mr. Ekegren's name.

Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 15, 2009 the Board of Directors of Enerlume Energy Management Corporation appointed John Ekegren , age 61, as Acting President. Mr. Ekegren has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Guest Company from 1991 to 2001 and as President of Pyramind Technologies Industrial, LLC from 2002 to 2006. Since 2006 John Ekegren has served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Enerlume Energy Management Corporation.
