Item 5.02 — Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On February 6, 2013, the Real Data, Inc. Board of Directors met and appointed Mr. Edward Bloom as a member of the board, effective immediately. The Board also approved the removal of Mr. Garry Quintana, as both a board member and Senior Vice President of Real Data, Inc.
