On October 30, 2006, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company's stockholders had rejected the consent solicitation of BlueLine Partners, LLC. The deadline for submitting to the Company the requisite consents was October 27, 2006. A copy of such press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The attached Exhibit 99.1 is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K.
