Our report on the effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting as of December 31, 2016 contains an explanatory paragraph that states that Black Knight Financial Services, Inc. acquired eLynx Holdings, Inc. (eLynx) on May 16, 2016 and Motivity Solutions, Inc.
