The offering was extended on April 3, 2012, from June 30, 2012, to a termination date of September 30, 2012. As of June 30, 2012, a total of 18,863,000 shares have been sold under the offering to stockholders for proceeds of $56,589 used for repayment of debt and for working capital purposes.
