(the “Company”) dated October 12, 2011 containing information about the Company and its business, and containing the Company’s management prepared financial statements for the interim period ended June 30, 2011, the year ended September 30, 2010 and the comparative period ended September 30, 2009, and the year ended September 30, 2008 and the comparative period ended September 30, 2007.
