Item 1.	SECURITY AND ISSUER

	This Amendment No. 5 amends and supplements the statement on Schedule 13D filed with the SEC on 1/5/22, as amended by Amendment No. 1 filed 6/16/22, Amendment No. 2 filed 8/18/23, Amendment No. 3 filed 1/12/24, and Amendment No. 4 filed 4/1/24; with respect to the common shares of Miller/Howard High Income Equity Fund. This Amendment No. 5 amends Item 5 as set forth below.
