On May 31, 2006, Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp. caused the issuance and sale of the Adjustable Rate Mortgage Trust 2006-2A, Mortgage Trust Certificates, Series 2006-2A, pursuant to a Trust Agreement dated as of May 31, 2006, among Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., as depositor, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trust administrator, and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee.
