(the “Registrant”), as depositor for the Adjustable Rate Mortgage Trust 2007-2, will issue Adjustable Rate Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2, including the classes of certificates described in the prospectus supplement, dated May 30, 2007 and offered pursuant to a Registration Statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-140945) filed by the Registrant with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Certificates”).
