James Barrett ("Barrett"), Peter J. Barris ("Barris"), Forest Baskett ("Baskett"), Patrick J. Kerins ("Kerins"), Krishna S. Kolluri ("Kolluri") and Scott D. Sandell ("Sandell") (collectively, the "Managers") and Ryan D. Drant ("Drant"). The Managers are the individual managers of NEA 12 GP.
