TOMBSTONE EXPLORATION CORPORATION

On June 1, 2015, Mr. Barry Klein (“Mr. Klein”) resigned from all positions held with Tombstone Exploration Corporation, a Canadian Federal corporation (the “Company”), including that as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. The resignation did not involve any disagreement with the Company.
