CITIZENSHIP: Sylebra Capital Limited ("Sylebra HK"); Sylebra Capital Management ("Sylebra Cayman"); and Daniel Patrick Gibson ("Mr. Gibson") Sylebra HK may be deemed to beneficially own the Shares by virtue of its position as the investment manager to Sylebra Capital Partners Master Fund, Ltd, (SCP MF), Sylebra Capital Parc Master Fund (PARC MF) and other advisory clients. Sylebra Cayman is the holding company and the parent of Sylebra HK. Mr. Gibson owns 100% of the shares of Sylebra HK and Sylebra Cayman. In such capacities, Sylebra HK, Sylebra Cayman, and Mr. Gibson may be deemed to share voting and dispositive power over the Shares held for SCP MF, PARC MF and other advisory clients.

Sylebra Capital Partners Master Fund, Ltd and Sylebra Capital Parc Master Fund are known to have the right to receive or the power to direct the receipt of dividends from, or the proceeds from the sale of, 6,736,588 and 2,212,980 of the Shares, or 23.43% and 7.7% of shares outstanding respectively, covered by this Statement that many be deemed to be beneficially owned by the Reporting Persons. No other advisory clients individually hold economic interest of more than 5% of outstanding shares.
