Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

The Company announces the resignation of Chien Chih Liu as Chief Executive Officer and as a director, effective March 5, 2014 and the resignation of Chow Chu Keung as Chief Financial Officer and a director, effective March 7, 2014. Both resignations were solely for personal reasons.

Effective March 15, Chow Chu Keung was appointed Interim Corporate Secretary.
