SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 15: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Common Stock Issuances During October and November 2023, the Company did not issue any additional shares on their S-1. The company has received $80,170 in advances from the shareholder as of September 30; on During October 2023 an additional $75,000 was received in the account towards the advance. At this time there are no plans to offset this amount against S-1 proceeds. It will be repaid as cash flow allows.
