The Monthly Operating Report for Mirant Americas Generation, LLC (“Mirant Americas Generation”) for the period November 1, 2005 through November 30, 2005, which was filed with the Bankruptcy Court on January 12, 2006, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
