Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Our subsidiary, Akron Riverview Corn Processors, LLC exercised options to purchase real estate for its proposed 100 million gallons per year ethanol plant. A copy of the press release announcing and describing this event was made available on our website on June 15, 2007 and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
