	As of the date of this filing, each Reporting Person may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of the number of Warrants only of Corgi International Ltd. Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of the Company’s Common Stock at a price of $6.00. Each Warrant is currently exercisable and will expire on August 22, 2009, or earlier upon redemption.
