Effective May 19, 2009, the Board of Directors of Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc. (“Goldleaf”) elected Charles B. Carden as a director.

On May 21, 2009, Goldleaf issued a press release announcing the election of Mr. Carden and discussing certain other matters related to board committee composition and the results of Goldleaf’s annual meeting of shareholders.
